 • Please arrive on time — guests arriving more than 15 minutes late will need to reschedule

 • Each guest is allowed one reschedule only

• We gladly accept walk-ins based on availability. To ensure we have enough space for your party, we recommend calling ahead before your visit to verify availability and reserve your spot. Larger groups are especially encouraged to call in advance. 😊

Dry Time & Pick-Up

 • Bears may require drying time before taking home (depending on paint application)

 • Staff will provide instructions for next-day pickup if needed
